ArtPlace Celebrates 35 Years in Greenwood

ArtPlace Mississippi celebrates 35 years of serving the Greenwood community through the arts.

For 35 years, ArtPlace has inspired creativity, nurtured young artists, and strengthened our community through meaningful arts experiences. What began as a vision to bring the arts to Greenwood has grown into an organization that serves hundreds of children, families, and adults each year through programs such as the Leflore Early Arts Project (LEAP), after-school classes, music instruction, summer camps, community workshops, and special events.

This anniversary celebration is an opportunity to honor the artists, educators, volunteers, supporters, and community partners who have made this work possible while looking ahead to the next chapter of ArtPlace's impact.
