Youth Classes

Our youth classes are designed for students in grades 7-12. We offer a variety of programs for students who are interested in expanding their creative experiences!

Shakespeare Summer Camp



  • Monday through Friday from 1pm-5pm,

  • Beginning June 10 with final performances on July 11-13

  • Free to participate

For five weeks, kids will be trained in Shakespeare's plays and stage conventions, set construction, music, dance, combat, and scenery/costume design. The Summer Camp will culminate in three nights of performance at the Summer Scene Fest on July 11-13 at Greenwood Little Theatre. Featuring veteran stage actors, professional carpenter, and renowned artists and designers, the Shakespeare Summer Camp is one of the Delta's foremost arts education program for youth.

Take the Stage! // 6-week Musical Theater Workshop

  • Mondays April 8-May 13, with additional days at end of workshop and final performance

  • Open to grades 1-5 and 6-12

  • $125 per student, scholarships available.


Sewing Workshops

Led by Yolande van Heerden, our teen sewing workshops have grown beyond what we could have even imagined over the past three years. This SPRING, the sewing continues - Our current offerings listed below!

Show Stoppers

In this after school theatre club, students will take center stage and learn how to act, sing, and dance on their way to performing an entire theatrical production! Spring programs coming soon!


ArtPlace Farm Project

In collaboration with the FoodCORPS MS and the Greenwood-Leflore Recycling Center, we ARE offering an after-school Agriculture program for students in grades 7-12.
